If you love Piña colada…
There’s nothing better after a long hard hot days work than an ice cold beer. Unless of course the sun is shinning the weather is nice, you have nothing to do except relax and maybe read a book. Then while your wishing you were sat on a golden beach a cocktail is far more fitting and nothing is more beach and summery than a Piña colada what could beat coconut and pinapple on a warm summers evening? other than topped it off with rum and ice.
The only bad point of cocktails, if it is a bad point, is that there are far to easy to drink. that being said there is something about summer cocktails. Relaxing outside in the sunshine with good company can’t be beaten, add to the mix some summery cocktails and the party just got started.
Piña colada…
Ingredients
- 2 measures of White Rum
- 1 1/3 measures of Coconut cream
- 2 2/3 measures of pinapple juice
- 1/2 measure of sugar
- 1 tsp whipping cream
- Ice
To serve
- maraschino cherry
- slice of pineapple
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake until ice cold
- Strain into a glass and serve with a maraschino cherry and a slice of pineapple
