Avening mountain bike route
Two in One Pie pub

This ride has one very good thing going for it and that is the pub at the end of the ride! I go out for mountain bike rides with colleagues from work most Wednesday evenings which usually end at a pub where we will generally have chips (I may have to review the best pub chips in another post), this ride is an exception as the Weighbridge Inn is famous for its two in one pies, so it would be rude not to partake. The ride itself is good it uses the same descent as the Nailsworth ride and some of the Crudwell ride as well, it does get a bit on the muddy side in winter but it’s not horrific, not quite on the Cotswold clay so although muddy its doesn’t end up clogging to a point where movement is limited.
